You also certify that you are legally permitted to use and access the Services and take full responsibility for the selection and use of and access to the Services. This Agreement is void where prohibited by law, and the right to access the Services is revoked in such jurisdictions.
Placing Orders for Goods
By placing an Order for Goods through the Service, You warrant that You are legally capable of entering into binding contracts.

Availability, Errors and Inaccuracies
We are constantly updating Our offerings of Goods on the Service. The Goods available on Our Service may be mispriced, described inaccurately, or unavailable, and We may experience delays in updating information regarding our Goods on the Service and in Our advertising on other websites.
We cannot and do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of any information, including prices, product images, specifications, availability, and services. We reserve the right to change or update information and to correct errors, inaccuracies, or omissions at any time without prior notice.
Prices Policy
Word Spinner reserves the right to revise its prices at any time prior to accepting an Order.
The prices quoted may be revised by Word Spinner subsequent to accepting an Order in the event of any occurrence affecting delivery caused by government action, variation in customs duties, increased shipping charges, higher foreign exchange costs and any other matter beyond the control of the Company. In that event, You will have the right to cancel Your Order.
Payments
Payment can be made through a valid card (credit cards or debit cards) and are subject
to validation checks and authorization by Your card issuer. If we do not receive the required authorization, We will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery of Your Order.
Subscriptions
Subscription period
The Service or some parts of the Service are available only with a paid Subscription. You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis either monthly or yearly, depending on the type of Subscription plan you select when purchasing the Subscription.
At the end of each period, Your Subscription will automatically renew under the exact same conditions unless You cancel it or Word Spinner cancels it.
Subscription cancellations
You may cancel your subscription renewal by doing this manually or contacting us at info@word-spinner.com. It is important to note that when you cancel your subscription, any unused tokens or words assigned to your account will be immediately forfeited. For monthly subscriptions, any fees paid for the current subscription period will be automatically refunded, with the amount being calculated based on the unused time in conjunction with the subscription price plan. However, for yearly subscriptions, refunds are not available , even if you cancel your plan partway through the subscription period. Yearly subscribers are only eligible for a refund if they cancel and file for a refund within 14 days of activating their subscription. After this 14-day period, refunds are not possible. While you will maintain access to the Service until the end of your current subscription period, please be aware that the deduction of tokens/words will occur at the moment of cancellation.
Billing
You shall provide Word Spinner with accurate and complete billing information including full name, address, state, zip code, telephone number, and a valid payment method information.
Should automatic billing fail to occur for any reason, Word Spinner will issue an electronic invoice indicating that you must proceed manually, within a certain deadline date, with the full payment corresponding to the billing period as indicated on the invoice.
Fee Changes
Word Spinner, in its sole discretion and at any time, may modify the Subscription fees. Any Subscription fee change will become effective at the end of the then-current Subscription period.
Word Spinner will provide You with reasonable prior notice of any change in Subscription fees to give You an opportunity to terminate Your Subscription before such change becomes effective.
Your continued use of the Service after the Subscription fee change comes into effect constitutes Your agreement to pay the modified Subscription fee amount.
Refunds
Yearly subscriptions are generally non-refundable as per our Refund Policy. However, yearly plans are eligible for a refund within 14 days of activation. Certain refund requests for Subscriptions may be considered by Word Spinner on a case-by-case basis and granted at the sole discretion of the Company. Monthly plans are refunded based on the used time during the last month, according to the pricing plan.
Free Trial
Word Spinner may, at its sole discretion, offer a Subscription with a Free Trial for a limited period of time.
You may be required to enter Your billing information in order to sign up for the Free Trial.
If You do enter Your billing information when signing up for a Free Trial, You will not be charged by Word Spinner until the Free Trial has expired. On the last day of the Free Trial period, unless You cancelled Your Subscription, You will be automatically charged the applicable Subscription fees for the type of Subscription You have selected.
At any time and without notice, Word Spinner reserves the right to (i) modify the terms and conditions of the Free Trial offer, or (ii) cancel such Free Trial offer.
Promotions
Any Promotions made available through the Service may be governed by rules that are separate from these Terms.
If You participate in any Promotions, please review the applicable rules as well as our Privacy policy. If the rules for a Promotion conflict with these Terms, the Promotion rules will apply.
User Accounts
When You create an account with Us, You must provide Us information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of Your account on Our Service.
You are responsible for safeguarding the password that You use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under Your password, whether Your password is with Our Service or a Third-Party Social Media Service.
You agree not to disclose Your password to any third party. You must notify Us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of Your account.
You may not use as a username the name of another person or entity or that is not lawfully available for use, a name or trademark that is subject to any rights of another person or entity other than You without appropriate authorization, or a name that is otherwise offensive, vulgar or obscene.
Word Spinner only permits one account per user and if you try to create multiple accounts or violate our fair usage policy, we reserve the right to remove your data and ban & restrict your access to our service.
Your Right to Create or Post Content
Word Spinner’s Service allows you to generate and post Content. You are responsible for the Content that you generate using the AI Service, including its legality, reliability, and appropriateness.
By generating and posting Content to the Service, you grant Word Spinner the right and license to use, modify, publicly perform, publicly display, reproduce, and distribute such Content on and through the Service. You retain any and all of your rights to any Content you create, post, or display on or through the Service and you are responsible for protecting those rights. You agree that this license includes the right for Word Spinner to make your Content available to other users of the Service, who may also use your Content subject to these Terms.
You represent and warrant that: (i) the Content is yours (you own it) or you have the right to use it and grant Word Spinner the rights and license as provided in these Terms, and (ii) the posting of your Content on or through the Service does not violate the privacy rights, publicity rights, copyrights, contract rights, or any other rights of any person.
Content Restrictions
Word Spinner is not responsible for the content of the Service’s users. You expressly understand and agree that you are solely responsible for the Content and for all activity that occurs under your account, whether done so by you or any third person using your account.
You may not generate or transmit any Content that is unlawful, offensive, upsetting, intended to disgust, threatening, libelous, defamatory, obscene or otherwise objectionable. Examples of such objectionable Content include, but are not limited to, the following:
– Unlawful or promoting unlawful activity.
– Automated article spinning & bot-like content generation.
– Defamatory, discriminatory, or mean-spirited content, including references or commentary about religion, race, sexual orientation, gender, national/ethnic origin, or other targeted groups.
– Content related to restricted verticals such as substance/drugs use, adult services, etc.
– Spam, unauthorized or unsolicited advertising, chain letters, any form of unauthorized solicitation, or any form of lottery or gambling.
– Content containing harmful software such as viruses or designed to disrupt, damage, or limit the functioning of any software, hardware or telecommunications equipment.
– Infringing on proprietary rights of any party, including patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright, right of publicity or other rights.
– Impersonating any person or entity including Word Spinner and its employees or representatives.
– Violating the privacy of any third person.
– False information and features.
Word Spinner reserves the right, but not the obligation, to refuse or remove any Content. You agree to use the Service at your own risk and acknowledge that Word Spinner shall not be liable for any form of content that you may find offensive, indecent, incorrect, or objectionable.
Content Backups
While regular backups of Content are performed, Word Spinner does not guarantee there will be no loss or corruption of data. Word Spinner will provide support and attempt to troubleshoot any known or discovered issues that may affect the backups of Content but acknowledges no liability for the integrity of Content or the failure to restore Content to a usable state.
Copyright Policy
Word Spinner respects the intellectual property rights of others and responds to any claim that Content posted on the Service infringes on another’s rights. If you believe in such an infringement, you must submit your notice in writing to the attention of Word Spinner’s copyright agent at info@word-spinner.com.

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are the exclusive property of Word Spinner and its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

Termination
Word Spinner may terminate or suspend your Account and access to the Services if you breach these Terms and Conditions.
Indemnity
You will indemnify Word Spinner against all claims, damages, and costs arising out of your use of the Services or any breach of this Agreement.
Limitation of Liability and Warranty Disclaimer
Word Spinner is not liable for any indirect damages that arise from the use of the Service and provides no warranties regarding the Service’s uninterrupted or error-free use.
Governing Law and Disputes Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Country, and any disputes will be resolved informally by contacting Word Spinner.
For EU Users
EU consumers are protected by the mandatory provisions of their country of residence.
Severability and Waiver
If any provision of these Terms is unenforceable, it will be amended to achieve its objective as much as possible, and other provisions remain in effect.

Word Spinner may modify these Terms with 30 days’ notice, and your continued use of the Service signifies agreement to the revised terms.
